About Our Firm

Andrew M. Rich, P.C. is a professional corporation located in Hillsboro, Oregon. It was originally established in 1963 as a partnership called Huffman & Zenger by attorneys Thomas A. Huffman and H. Kenneth Zenger. In 1982, Tom and Ken formed a professional corporation, Huffman & Zenger, P.C.

I joined the partnership in 1977 as an associate, and in 1983 I became a shareholder of the professional corporation. The firm was renamed as Huffman, Zenger & Rich, P.C. We practiced together for almost 20 years. Tom retired in 1998 and died the following year. Ken retired in March 2001. I have continued to practice alone as a professional corporation under the name Andrew M. Rich, P.C. With more than 33 years of experience, I am well equipped to serve my clients. My years in practice are the foundation of many long-term client relationships. I have retained many of the clients of my former partners as my own.

Bill Schwenn shared office space with the firm for many years until his retirement. Bill represented many clients in estate planning, trusts, probate, and real property matters. Many of his clients have remained as my clients.
